The Pioneer LY-ESE 3.0 early streamer emission lightning rod has passed all standard tests. The product's pre-discharge time is:

When h ≥ 5m:
Rp (h) =√2rh - h² +△(2r+△)
When 2 ≤ h ≤ 5m:
Rp = h*Rp(5) /5
Rp: Protection radius on the horizontal plane under consideration,
h(m): The height difference between the tip of the Pioneer LY-ESE 3.0 lightning rod and the top of the protected object, i.e., the effective installation height.
r(m): 20m, 30m, 45m, 60m, calculated based on the risk analysis (NFC17-102:
2011 Appendix A) to assess the protection level I, II, III, or IV at the site.
△ is the upward leader distance: △L = V (meters/microsecond) * △T (microseconds), experimental data
show that this is equivalent to the efficiency obtained during the ESEAT evaluation test.
